It was due to the issues she addressed in the song that an unknown group of people petitioned the government to ban the song in Ghana.
Yesterday, Wendy Shay made it to the front page of The Publisher because her song does not sit well with these people.
If you could recall, Sarkodie released a song under the NDC government when times were tough but no one called on the government to ban the song so why is Wendy Shay being treated differently?
